That is not a real super sports station wagon they made one super sport station wagon in 1973 and there was less than 100 of them manufactured this is just an old Chevelle wagon with super sport emblems pinned on it it's either a nomad a Greenbrier or a concourse or maybe it was a concourse estate but I don't think so it's an Old Greenbrier or nomad looks like to me zoomers are so idiotic with this fake crap and I'm 1000% right look it up

I have a 1994 Chevy C1500 w that same tape deck. I messed around w it and it working but now I can’t remember what I did. It seems like all the functions work when there’s not a tape in it. Once I put the tape in it I get nothing. Any suggestions?

The extent of my knowledge is how to R&R the unit. I sent mine out to a shop I found online that repairs the units. I wish I had more to offer.

Rode plenty Scenics as a very young kid back in the 1960s back and forth between Baton Rouge La and Port Arthur Texas via Lake Charles. Rode some MC-7s in the 1970s same route as well as Houston to Los Angeles and Los Angeles back to Baton Rouge. I think I rode my last MC-7 in 1977.

Notice some of them don't have finished wheels on them yet as the supplier of the chrome wheels can't keep up with production, or that's what I was told. The wheels are shipped to the dealer later and he installs them.
@Driving-the-BackroadsАй бұрын
Thank you for that info. I thought maybe it was an alloy wheel delete so the dealer could up fit their own wheels.

@@Driving-the-Backroads This information came to me from a member of the Cadillac LaSalle club who recently visitedd the TX assembly plant. The wheel manufacturer can't keep up with production.

Several years ago I saw a Scenicrusier in Odessa Texas that looked abandoned behind an old shop building. The main door was partially open and that made me stop because that won't do in dusty West Texas. It looked to be all original but had two flat front tires. I went in and still had all the seats and was dusty but otherwise looked pretty good. I sat in the drivers seat a couple of minutes then decided to leave before I got into trouble. I left the door pushed to the closed position and left. A shout time later I went back to where it was but it was gone. I wish I would noticed the bus number because I am probably seeing it again in videos on Utube. I just remember how nice it looked.

Does anyone else find it ironic that we have a song that was written and performed by a Jewish man in a promotion for a car company that was literally started by the Nazi party under Adolf Hitler ?

I like VW but to use this song with a VW bug. Doesn't anyone know history? Created in 1938 with the help of the leader of Nazi Germany Adolf Hilter. Now pair that with Neil Diamond a U.S. born Jewish singer and the song he wrote.

Lol the VW Beetle was literally the brainchild of Adolf Hilter. It was inspired by his admiration for Ford’s success in the “every man’s car” that he was able to realize. They were actually buds. During the years of their friendship leading up to WWII, Ford actually bought out a horrificly anti-semetic newspaper in Detroit called the Dearborn Independent. Look it up.
