June the 12th, and I had to use gloves on the city walk. Luckily they are always in my bag. You managed to get the camera to stay still in the wind too. Well done lad!

@@tonycullen3342 I always feel that doing the tours in Spanish is an uphill battle. There are soooo many words I still don't know, even after all these years. But, being a Norwegian trying to present things in their language, I am forgiven. The Spanish are really nice to me, so yes I do think it was a success.

She could very well have been useful for sure.But having a guess I would think this vessel and her sister ship are probably booked out with jobs for some time.Her journey time to the east coast is just under two weeks.

Amazing how they do this. There may be a tug standing by to assist if needed. Depends on the port and weather conditions. 🇧🇲

Our port has a turn circle of about 400meters, if it's windy we use a tug on the front and rear, and also if there is another large ship already in port reducing maneuvering space. Glad you liked the video, will pop up a few new vids soon.

Excellently filmed T. I saw this ship landing, and I wonder why they did the opposite of all else. Any idea? Wind, maybe ... though ... not that day. Maybe the captain just wanted to do it differently.

I think it was down to time, they wanted to arrive as early as possible.the turn adds a good 20mins to the docking. They planned to come in nose first. Was nice to see it done a little differently :)

Question (from an amateur): Why do some of the Viking Cruises ships (as it seems to m) land without those bumpers (or whatever you call them in English) and the majority of the other ships absolutely seem to need to have them?
