Thank you! I’m vegan so have been searching for a vegan jelli recipe for a while! You said that you halved your recipe for your 5x5 plate. Does that mean the recipe you show is the half version? Or the ‘big’ version? Your laid back tute was refreshing to see… 💜

A massive thanks for sharing this. I have been saving the dust from the bottom of my incense packets for ages. And I couldn't find anything to show me how to turn it into cone's. Tho I did notice that you didn't put a hole up in its centre. I see this on all my commercial cone's. So with your lead and adding the central hole, I am hoping that mine turn out as good as yours. Again thanks heaps. *edit* I also added a little corn flour so that it would stick together better...

To grind up the powder, could you use a dedicated coffee grinder (e. g. one of the $20 ones)? Also, I prefer the stick to cone form. I was trying to think of a type of mold, but I would guess that in its original/stick form, they get it that way through extrusion? So, perhaps the "dough" could be rolled into stick form again, just, probably not as thin. What is a charcoal disc? Thanks for these tips; had a feeling someone else thinks it's a waste to waste these bits!

The Charcoal discs or tablets - are self igniting bricks of charcoal about the size of a half dollar. Pretty inexpensive and work great if your burning resins, powders, or these little bits left over from the stick incense. I like grinding in the pestle and mortar - I guess I find it meditative. I'm actually thinking of making the paste/dough into beads for jewelry now. If it is a success, I'll put together another video. Thanks for the comment! Create a beautiful day!
