I have worked with Cassie for many years now, and she is SO AMAZING! She's never judgmental, always listens to what you goals are, asks questions, and helps you find ways to feel better and be more comfortable. She helped me develop healthy, reasonable, relevant goals that reflect my actual passions and values. LISTEN TO HER!!!

(please note this isnt from me doing it personally but this is from a couple videos iv watched of other people doing it) so first your body breaks down food (like carbs and stuff) into glucose which is a sugar so your body is fueld by sugar but its not required to survive and from all the stuff i know from me trying to lose a bit of weight is dont fully cut junk food or sugard from your diet instead just cut back on it quite a bit then you wont feel horrible and your still alot more healthy
@fithappenspt5 ай бұрын
@BusterGamez we discuss all of this in the full video and a bit in another video on PCOS. Yes, so sugars and carbs are the same thing. Sugars are under the carb umbrella to be more specific. Added sugars are not required to survive and are best removed, but sugar from plants are vital. Glucose is a base component, meaning it is vital for survival but dietary glucose is not. I know that sounds contradictory, but essentially, you don't need to see glucose on an the ingredient label, but you do need to consume foods that will be broken down into glucose

You got about 2 weeks of no sugar it's just like with the caffeine if you are addicted to caffeine you quit caffeine you're going to feel like complete dog crap before like 2 to 3 weeks but then after that you will feel amazing and then you get this huge boost energy so keep it up and just stay strong and you'll get through this get over the hump and then you'll feel better
@fithappenspt5 ай бұрын
@JulieSporich this is true but it also leads to compulsive behaviors and it creates a negative correlation to healthy eating. It's what tells us eating healthy isn't fun when that is not the case. Keep it up, is not the right advice and leads to a broken relationship with food. We do explain in the full video how to baby step the process. Power of will is fragile, true habit change is nearly permanent.

Whether you're trying to lose weight, build muscle, improve flexibility, or reduce pain, crocodile breathing (or diaphragmatic breathing) is an underated and easy tool to help you. And here's why: Deep breathing helps pull us out of our fight or flight (or sympathetic nervous system) and shift into rest and digest (or parasympathetic nervous system). Their nicknames might already have given you a clue as to why this is important and such a powerful tool. In fight or flight we're in survival mode, so non-essential functions are slowed or shut down completely. This includes digestion and recovery. Meanwhile, in Rest & Digest we: Digest more efficiently, which supports fat loss And we recovery more effectively, which reduces pain and risk of injury During recovery periods is also when our body is most focused on building muscle. So if you want to lose weight, feel better, look jacked or all of the above. Just take a deep breath and relaaaaax.

But in reality people can say whatever they want. It’s our own job to figure out what we actually do. Words won’t melt u.

Big stretch = more growth
@fithappenspt8 ай бұрын
It can because of the additional force from the full range stretch>contract cycle, but time under tension is also known to support hypertrophy. So resisting the stretch, which would be more time under tension, will also contribute to muscle growth. If your goal is growth, both are a great choice!

That’s a fair thought to have! Believe it or not, most of the gym community is very welcoming and are not judging you if you are a new comer. It’s a very small minority who does that. I encourage you to give it a try! And we are here to offer any guidance if you would like 👍🏻

Burning calories is not burning fat. Do your homework. Unless you are on a ketogenic diet, fasting or doing carnivore, no amount of exercise will burn fat
...what? If you're suggesting I'm being paid by these sites I'm flattered that you think I have enough social media presence for that, but no 😂 These are just 2 of literally dozens of different free sites providing what some "coaches" are charging $100s for.
