Marketing ploy. Dyson copycat. Problem is Dyson had the right idea. Cyclones work, but!!! The big but is that multicyclonic and too many G forces at work here causes microscopic wear and tear and erosion, much like winds cause erosion. The problem is with multiple cyclonic features is also static cling inside the canister and build up on the cyclone walls, necessitating disassembly of the canister doing a thorough cleaning. Eventually these bagless type of units will lose suction over time and requires maintenance in short order. This is potentially another throw away unit for its price. A regular engineered possibility just a serviceable 2 tier canister is all thats needed with removable and washeable components.

For those whose screen is so hosed that they can't see anything: Microsoft makes an app for the PC called "Your Phone," which lets you mirror your smartphone screen to your PC and control your smartphone that way. That's how I was able to keep manipulating the settings even though the smartphone screen was completely unreadable. It's too late now, but for the future, keep this app installed on your PC and smartphone in case your smartphone screen gets hosed again.
