These used to be $550 only a few months ago. I kick myself for being poor during that time. Finally pulled the trigger on one and the best I could do was full retail price but didn't have to pay tax on it which saved $60.

Sounds like a great deal. I went through custom night vision for mine. Excellent company btw. Went with an elbit handpicked blah blah blah, and 3designate irv. They also had the bump helmet and all accessories needed in stock.

I've been interested in a handgun. I only have one long gun now for home defense (never plan to use that but like having it as an option). Sounds like this weapon might be a good option but not sure I need the optic feature. Thanks for posting this video, very helpful 👍👍

@@SilverStruck A Sig SAUER is a great handgun for home defense. I agree, if you’re not gonna carry it, an optic is unnecessary. Iron sights (night sights) would be ideal.

I got an ancientsmity hawk without the spiked blade and i love it. Takes a scary sharp edge, and is extremely comfortable to hold. Leather sheath is ok. It is slightly thinner steel than the real winkler hawk but it is comfortable and fast. I'll buy another if i can God willing. If i had access and capability to buy the winkler one i would but it's not feasible at this time, even if i could find one. I sharpened all the available edges which makes it a devastating weapon.

Good review. I got the same helmet w unity shroud for about $550 shipped from bulletproof zone. I’d recommend anyone interested in them to wait till there’s a 14 or 15% off sale on their site and order from them if you don’t mind extra wait time

@@brianbowen3170 The curve on the back is not noticeable. I believe this due to a combination of things to include how the plate carrier hangs on the shoulders and that most of the items with weight are attached to the front of the carrier.

I’ve got one of the Ancient Smithy and it’s really good quality. If you’re going to charge silly prices like Winkler I have no sympathy for him he’s just bending people over and taking their pants down. For less than £200 I got the hawk, kydex sheath and a really nice wooden box.

Im a Sig guy currently own and shoot a Sig Virtus with Romeo4 optic, 300 Black out ammo, 3 point harness and 6×30mags. Sig makes supreme firearms when it come to full length rifles and SBRs.
