That looks very simple and even looks clean for some reason I don't think it would be as easy as you make it look. If I tried it I would much rather use sheet metal too rather than fiberglass.

I bent by hand over my knee and coiled it in a full circle to get the shape, I don't have a sheet metal shop just basic tools.

Its a limited slip diff, some differences in the hardware but the basic process is the same for all subaru diffs

That is a very odd differential. it almost looks like the phase 1 center diff. definitely not like the 98 and up imprezas center

Fox Mense hey man you might know the answer a 2001 Forester with viscous center diff can that be modded for rwd and was the diff he pulled out a viscous diff or mechanical diff ??? need to know b4 I buy a donor car for my project car

Fox Mense Cheers man I was searching the net for hours for specs and slowly convincing myself. The moter is coming out of the Toyota tomorrow and will most likely grab the Forester on the weekend good night 3am here
