That was fun. I always love your narrations and your artwork. :-) Funny how the mind works: When I was assuming that was some Finnish guy, I didn't recognize him, but the moment you said, "director and filmmaker," it became obvious it was Lynch. 10:07 Was this a purposeful or accidental homage to HAL 9000? Either way, it came unbidden to my mind. 🤖

Lovely to get an insight into your process. Do you use acrylic? What is Gesso? I have a canvass but I've been too intimidated by it to do anything on it 😅(Great sounds too)

Yeah, I’m mostly painting with acrylics tese days. I used to use oils, but acrylics dry faster and work better for me. Gesso is primer used as a bottom layer for painting. If you buy a ready canvas, it’s not necessary, but if you use some other surface for painting or make your own canvases, it stops the paint from absorbing into the material. You should definitely put those canvases to use, I’m pretty sure you would enjoy it.

Very interesting , I particularly liked the parallel metaphor with the composting under the upper leaves in a forest floor or even maybe an man-made compost bin. It takes some time for chaos to create something meaningful/nutricient.
