This is kinda funny! Motion to a superior court with summary judgement! Don’t work with anyone who isn’t bonded for at least 3 million. Take notes every day to prevent sociopaths. Never hire a BAR Attorney unless you need legal advice. 😂 There is the United States and America! File your UCC, learn real law, consumer law, contract law! Either motion trial or make the Sheriff do their job. Always remain in honor. Prevention is the best medicine. Anyone licensed with United States Inc … the Secretary of Treasury is responsible for all your bills and any injuries. Bait and Switch 2029 This is not legal advice … if you want legal advice contact a BAR Member Oh? FOIA their surety bonds and send to IRS. A whole lot more to it. Start with Moziah Corporation, Robots and Patriots, Brand Joe-Williams, Brilliance in Commerce….

Can a citizen of the city/state in which they live, file a lien against the city/state on property (ex. highway exit ramps where the grass is at 2'-0" or above every month or at any time and violates code(s)? The city/state violates code in areas that need to be cleaned up and kept proper 10" height per code. This occurs in every state but needs to be enforced as does anyone citizen is required to meet the codes. The taxpayers expect the city and state to follow the same law/codes.

I was doing property preservation I guess I was a subcontractor through this property preservation vender company She has not paid me properly nor for a few jobs at all She made racist comments to me she also has someone key my truck and stab my tire and This was because it was raining and I was sharpening my lawnmower blade because I was unable to cut grass in the rain and take pictures without the risk of my phone being damaged and also it’s hard to cut grass in the rain but is Florida so it only rains for 10 to 20 minutes I’m so short again work orders and everything I was supposed to be paid for but I have not got paid anything

I’m in a similar situation. I am a subcontractor. got in a contract with a GC who hired me to install the floor. Per contract agreement he was to pay half on commencement and second half upon completion. Going on three months and he keeps giving me excuses and telling me hasn’t got paid from the owner. If our contract said. Paid upon completion and we’re going three months with no pay. Can I open small claims or a Lien on 9k?
@pauloruiz89894 жыл бұрын
Also It is a restaurant in a shopping mall. The contract was made with the Gc not the restaurant owner. The owner I’m guessing is leasing the building. Should I contact the owner and make him aware?

Great explanation. We have been dealing with this for years now. Its always the same excuse why they can't pay on time. Generals love this clause. There is no way to aduit the payment, and when you start asking questions they always use this clause. Its the go to. While they hold millions of dollars earning huge interest. Subcontractors are funding the projects, which is not right. They need to be paying monthly, and reimbursing there company from the owners, not us waiting for our progress payments 60 - 90 days. . Like and check out our page. Join the fight to end this clause. facebook.com/CSURiverside/?modal=create_offer&referrer=aymt

In Lump sum contract if the owner descoped a certain work in the contract, it is possible to return it back the scope of work and at the same price and it is already 32 years ago. The construction is on going for about 4 years and some works are descoping by the owner.
@TheLienZoneConstructionLawBlog6 жыл бұрын
Many contracts have provisions that cover this issue. Some say it is returned at cost. Others say it needs to be returned at cost plus the fee and overhead. So, in short, you need to check your contract.
