Thank you what im experiencing as difficulty is when I’ve saved all changes. I tested out my digits product by buying it and I haven’t recieved the PDF? I don’t understand why? Can you help me with this please?

@@FaithfulEncourager - The problem is likely that the download button is not linked to your digital product. How do you have your digital product set up to be delivered? If you created a thank you page (that displays after purchase), with a download button, you need to link the button to your digital product. You can upload your digital product to Systeme io and then link it to your download button. The other option to deliver your product is to create an email message that is sent automatically after purchase via Systeme io. Thx rhonda for producing the value appreciated. I’m a complete beginner. I’m still unclear of what happens after a purchase. Let's say traffic come from social to your website, and one wants to purchase the flipbook: Does a link need to be sent via email for them to gain access to the flip book after purchase? I saw something also about a password for access to the flipbook, using the same heyzine software. How does that work?, Are they (the consumer) given a password by the host or are do they create their own password? Can you show a test run on the purchase of the flipbook from the consumer end so their purchase is smooth?

Hey @flourishholder5118 - Yes, you can send the link via an automated email message or you can deliver it after the payment is processed via a download link. I recorded this video to show you how you can set up a free sales funnel (sales page, payment processing page, and a page to deliver your flipbook link). Here's the link to the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/p167Z2aIqpiIpLs Also, there is a section in the video mentioned above where I mention uploading your PDF for delivery to your customer. What you would do is create a PDF that contains the link to your flip book and copy that into a PDF. Here's another of my videos where I teach you how to do that and offer you a free download document that you can use as the PDF to deliver your flipbook link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/baqbh6ywdrt0Ztk You can run a test transaction by creating and entering a coupon code that makes the flipbook purchase $1. Copying the PREVIEW link will not allow customers to click the Submit button when they want to purchase. A message will say the Submit button doesn;t work in PREVIEW mode. Did I miss something?

@@noodlez9388 - Hey! Did you turn off testing mode for your form? If not, that may be causing the problem with the submit button not being active. I demonstrate this at the 24:51 mark of the video

Once you have everything you want and need on the page, I found if I went to the bar above the page and click on the link symbol. it pulls up the link, choose to shorten the link, then copy the link. This url link then be used to start the purchase of of your product. Also, I had to publish my page first before I was able to Sync my theme. My computer friend said depending on the browser and different computers you use, not all functions work as instructed. It’s just understanding the context of the instructions that can lead you to the right solution. I also had to uninstall and reinstall Payable Forms in order to get the guide. I produced pages for 3 different products, so all turned out well in the end, so it’s all good. Thanks for the great instructions, Rhonda! I really like your style.

Your tutorial was EXCELLENT and going great until....I didn't get a "guide" for the Payable Forms after I downloaded it. I've tried reinstalling the Payable Forms, but still no guide at the end as seen on your screen. What did I miss? Help!

Hello! I would try these two things: 1) Check to see if the guide is minimized (it may be hiding in the lower portion of your screen), and 2) click the puzzle icon on your toolbar (extensions) and make sure the Payable Forms add-on is active. Thanks for watching!

@@rhondamjordan Is there a way to send emails to contact that are not in a campaign? I realized when leads starting to get in I forgot to make the automation rule for the email, if course I want to send them the freebie, is there a way to do so? Or do you have a video on that? Kind regard

@@Yasmin-dv5er - Yes, you can send messages outside of a campaign. What you would do is create a tag for those who requested the lead magnet but did not get it via your automation rule. Next, you would go to the "Emails" tab and select the newsletter option. On this page, fill in your subject line and I would also select the classic editor, not the visual editor to improve deliverability rates. Go to the next page where you can then create the email message you want to send to those that did not receive your lead magnet automatically. Make sure to include the link to you lead magnet. Finally select the tag that you created for those that requested but did not receive the lead magnet automatically. FYI, a newsletter in Systeme io, is a single email. I thought I had my target audience figured out. When you said the ICA was likely a previous version of myself, mine is not: I am my current ICA. I'm no expert, but living the issues that my ICA is. My take on helping someone is traveling the journey with them and I'm not afraid to take risks and am not afraid of technical things that other pre-retirees may be afraid of. Do I need to change my target audience?

Hey! You can attempt to resize your ebook within Canva. I’m not sure if that will give you the results you’re looking for. If not, you may have to start from scratch using an ebook template in Canva and then convert that to a flip book. Thanks for watching!

@@ASMRMusicLyrics - Yes, it is. Less competition (since it’s your own sale page) vs. selling on Etsy. As a result, you’ll be able to charge a higher price for your products. You will need to build an audience (if you don’t already have one), and then send them to your Systeme IO sales page.

Hello. What size did you use for ebook?. On canva I used one of the templets but when I uploaded it to kdp it was a mess. I thought the templates took care of that for me. Help please. Thank you.

Hey! I just checked the size, and it was the US Letter size, 8.5" x 11." Unfortunately, you can't just upload a PDF to KDP because they require specific formatting. If you have a screen recording tool, you can record a video of your flipbook. I use Screenflow, but Loom is a free option, that you can use to do a screen recording. I think Loom will also let you record yourself while you record your screen.
