Why on Earth would you say that it would be a bad idea for government to implement this on a large scale? He says himself that he has met with numerous wealthy people about this, and no one is interested in doing a similar program, so why is he clinging to the idea that this must be done as a charitable endeavor? There is a difference between charity and justice. Charity is when poor people have to hope and pray that some rich white guy will come and save them. Justice is every parent knowing that their child has a safe place to go while they go to work, and every teen knowing that they can afford higher education if that’s what they want to do. Why does this man seem to want to keep poor people in the position of beggars who are dependent on the whims of the wealthy? Seems like a power trip to me.

I just learned about this man, what he did and still does is amazing! Big respect, and sorry for the loss of your son. God bless.

Very well respectable person. I reserved at almost every Rosen whether family reunions or other circumstances. Mable is a woman outspoken of Virtue. My Mother attended church with her church since we were children. Mrs. Butler such an wonderful caring woman of virtue. I'm so proud to know her from at workplace and church(I rarely attended, but my Mother was regular). Mable she announced to my fitness classes at the Senior Center to poll for me to get a raise. I was having such hardships, lost my condo at Townes of Southgate/Conroy. I began booking rooms at every Rosen Hotel as me and my daughter searched for affordable homes everywhere, submitted app fees but credit wasn't good enough and I'd lose the fee which was needed to rent a room. It dragged on due to high rates of apartments, everywhere. Therefore, I'd turned to reserve at Rosen hotels via Expedia. It was comfortable, I'd go to work LCA from the hotels. If rooms were sold out, I'd turn to QI/Jamaican Ct, many...even went as far as Kissimmee and travel in this jalopy to make it to work. I never lived my teen dream while attending Oak Ridge and skating on weekends, my dream was to build a home of my own from foundation up. Each Rosen was awesome, Mid-Pointe, At Universal, At Pointe, Centre. I still hold on to that very dream with or without good credit. Hard work pays off, though I worked hard since first job at Disney to Optometry tech I wasn't as fortunate. The work I did wasn't what it would appear to pay. My main concern was customers, patients, patrons, satisfaction. Held few few jobs since sixteen. Your initiative that developed greatness in needy neighborhoods surpasses humanitarianism. 🏆👏🏼👏🏼

I miss this place so much....It’s a magical place with great people working there.

Love this place. My favourite place to stay when in Orlando. Great place, great staff. Harris Rosen is the man when it comes to hospitality.

I love Rosen Hotels. We stay over at the Rosen Plaza every year for 2 weeks in the summer. Have done for 5 years. Now u would go anywhere else whole visiting Florida. Harris Rosen is the man when it comes to Hospitality. ✌ from Scotland, UK.
