Hi, chris. Need help. Water flows slower than usual. I've tried backflushing. it worked before (encountered 2 months ago), but now it doesn't. Now my coffee tastes bitter than usual and still pours slow. I've temporarily adjusted grind size to coarser. It helped a little but i'm worried about the slow dispense. 😔 My machine is 9months old. Home used for the first 3 months, then commercially used for the succeeding months, averaging 30cups per day. Pls help

Chris, Thank you so much for posting this video. it is very useful. I have a problem with my Vivaldi II, looks like some water it is retained when I do an espresso in the space between the shower screen and the coffee pastille. and I am guessing that water is not flowing correctly because the shower screens and/or espresso filters are dirty. I ve been trying changing my coffee grind size and I am still getting some water retained on the top of the coffee pastille.

Thanks for doing videos! I am looking at going from a name brand E61 to the Vivaldi II. E61 does not produce great expresso for me.. Too many parts, places for old coffee to get stale, too long too heat up. What are your thoughts? CHRIS (the other guy in New York helped improve this non E61) and they love this machine!

That "tower" is actually Courthouse Rock. The conical formation not far from there is Haystack Rock.

Great answer to the closing question. Get outside of your goal to only build your local church. The goal is to spread the gospel and save those that are lost. Wherever that might be, and current campuses are a ripe mission field of work to be done.
