What did you think about the new manufacturing facility? Pretty cool right?! And yes, couldn't agree more. You feel the quality as soon as you step inside. There's always going to be something that eventually goes wrong with any RV but knowing you have the Noovo team in your corner always there to help is what makes all the difference. However, the option to add a TV is available with the Noovo Plus - offgridcampervans.com/buy-new-explore-makes-models-noovo-plus Induction Cooktop - most folks who who do a lot of cooking choose to add a second cooktop which can be placed on the countertop and plugged in for use and then stowed away after. Nope, no struggle. The van performs great going up hills! If you're referring to the Ram ProMaster chassis in general, they've treated us well going back to the 2021 model. We've even taken them on trips through Independence Pass which is the highest paved road in North America and they've only gotten better :)

This way, your van is delivered to your home fully equipped with all the storage you need. Hi Carmelo! Currently a 2 burner “drop-in” countertop version isn’t as option but a second, portable, single burner induction cooktop can be added. That burner would sit on the counter top and plug into the 110v wall outlet while in use and then can be tucked away in storage while not in use :) Let us know if you’d like to setup a call to answer any other questions you might have. They've done an amazing job at deadening the noise in the cabin while driving. They start with installing sound deadening material on the chassis metal as the base layer. Then they add havelock wool insulation which also helps with the sound deadening. Next comes framing and high quality cabinetry which is built incredibly solid with high quality materials. No annoying rattling like you get with big box Winnebago type manufactures 👌

Great question - They do a great job with lining the van shell with sound deadening material prior to insulating the van with Havelock Wool which serves as another sound deadener. In short, it's pretty dang quite while driving!

Very interesting! Our experience has been quite different. We haven't seen any of those issues with ProMasters while renting out 10-12 different vans at any given time over the past 3 years. In our experience they've been easy and affordable to maintain. We've also found reliability to be strength while completing over 500 rental reservations over the past 3 years without a single breakdown :)

Great question! Knot's are formed when a branch has fallen off the tree in its growing year. This branch may have died and fallen off, or it could have fallen due to natural causes, such as strong winds.

No twin rear beds however we have a few other options that might work for you! Hi Peter - there are 3 ways to charge the electrical system: 1.) Solar charging (400w of solar panels on the roof) 2.) Plug in to shore power using 30amp hookups 3.) 60amp DC to DC charging (when the van engine is running it will charge your lithium batteries in back)

@@PeterPan-hs5tu Its highly unlikely you would ever fully discharge your batteries. The van is always charging from the solar panels and gets an additional boost when the engine is on. IF you did find yourself fully discharged, it would take roughly 8 hours to charge over night if plugged into shore power :)
