Do not blend the tomatoes! You are crushing the seeds inside and ruining the taste of San Marzano tomatoes. Just squeeze them with hand

What's this cut called in Australia/Europe? It's so frustrating that everyone needs to do their own bloody naming ritual.

Let's stop telling everybody about this great cut of steak. 2 to 3 years ago I could pick this up for $4.99 to $5.99 a pound and now most places are charging like $8 to $10 a pound

I was a knife specialist in the debone dept for about 3 yrs.. it's been over 7 years since eince I've worked there & can still debone a whole chicken. It's a useful skill that never goes away.

The reason the call it a chuck eye is because it contains the tip of ribeye muscle in it. One of the round muscles in the steak cut is the tip of the ribeye muscle. Muscles taper off at the ends. Thry are hard to get because you only get about 6 steaks per half of a whole cow. That's why they are less available.

Chuck eyes are not sold as chuck eyes where I live, unless you want to pay a premium. But, you can cut your own out of a chuck roast. Delicious.

I remember when I cut up my chicken and I fried the bones because it still had meat on it and it cooked so fast. So I nibbled on it until it was time for dinner. My kids liked it to.

No... the best value cut is a London Broil. ($7-$8 p/lb currently) Great for families on a budget or individuals. You can cube it for stews, or for M/R sliced steak- grilled or cast iron on garlic toast points, for crockpot pot roast, for cheese steak sandwiches, or make 2-3 individual steak for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It has a low-fat content and is a healthier beef choice. Buy an unsegmented cut and season it up, cook it up, and eat it up!!!! But you all believe whatever you want.

Trader Joe’s pizza dough is really good. I’ve try several methods of cooking the pizza and have found using a cast iron skillet in the oven gives me best result. Although their all good! Thanks for your vid

I don’t like the added stabilizers they add to the store-bought dough. I bought some from Hannaford and it had ingredients I couldn’t recognize. Home-made is definitely healthier.

We love HF dough. Although it’s now $4.99 per 640g/22.5ounce ball. It’s same dough HF makes their in-house 16” pie with. It’s delicious but a little pricey.
