Many "churches" have stated beliefs, or "Statements of Faith", congregants will then say things like, "at our church, we believe, such and such". That kind of corrals the progress of the individuals' faith into a cage, where growth beyond where we started is nearly impossible.

I had severe depression but knew it wasn't a "spiritual issue." I traced it to four foods I was eating. As long as I avoided them I was fine. One slip and it was severe depression for three days. A Chinese doctor told me I had bad gut bacteria that needed to be killed with antibiotics. She gave me three courses of antibiotics and I was cured for good.

You know why people are quiet don't you? Why the volume is turned down? They're broken. They're terrified.

This is the Spirit of Ahab! Dems do NOT have Biblical Justice and Sexual deviance is NOT Biblical diversity.

With so many biblical issues on the ballot how can we as a church stay silent?! Abortion is clearly unbiblical. Homosexuality and the redefinition of marriage is constantly a battle. Gender identity/transgenderism is so harmful to people and destroying our kids. We have a current administration the has transgender people in key positions, assigned transgender awareness day on the same day as Easter, celebrates homosexuality, the DNC has mobile abortion clinics outside it's convention, and when someone says "Jesus is Lord" at their presidential nominees rally she says "oh you're at the wrong rally. You need to go to the other one" ... and the church stays silent?! I don't understand this. Of course Jesus didn't directly address politics. He didn't live in a republic/ democracy where people voted and had a voice. We do! We're told to be salt and light. We should be having an influence on our culture not just complaining about how bad things are. Prop 139 didn't pass. The church should've been talking about it. Yes my faith is above politics. God reigns no matter what. My faith is the same no matter where I live or who's in office. Yes I should love everyone. Cal is great guy but when a pastor/church doesn't talk about what the Bible says about these things and says it's no big deal not to vote ... not good. Sorry but we have a voice in our country and opportunities to shape laws the effect people and not to address things that are sin and hurting people ... I can't go along w that type of thinking.

I know God has been clearing out the hardship in my life it hasn't been easy but he brought me through the tough times. I'm not sure I could have survived mentally if not. God loves us enough to allow some pain in life to strengthen us without breaking us.

I’m glad he walked away from the church he was going to, I walked away from I do believe the same church. He’s amazing. I too suffer from depression, anxiety and have panic attacks. Without God I too would have taken my own life. I do believe God allows us to go through things in order to help others. Prayers for this pastor! ❤

I have lost multiple family members to suicide. This is such an important message. I pray that those who need to hear it and discover the hope and grace that is available do so. Love!
