Because TChaka killed NJobu which was Eriks father and after he killed NJobu he Abandonded Erik in Oakland and Tchaka and zuri returned to Wakanda and told Zuri never to tell anyone what happend in Oakland and then when Tchalla finds out the truth by Zuri he was in complete denial and outraged about what his father did
