Hi the rear seat belt on police vehicle is better looking on outside side of seat, so the officer doesn’t have to lean over the suspect to lock the seat belt 👍

The chase in the "construction zone" was another splendid Americana. These fools closed down like 2 miles of a narrow residential street, then re-labeled it a "construction zone." Phew, I am so glad that I live in Europe.

Watching these videos is a waste of one's time. Coppers hit the evading car over a dozen times -- totally wasting our time. There are at least a dozen ways for a copper to immobilize a vehicle front of him when the copcar gets within 5 to 7 meters behind the evading vehicle. These coppers use none of these available vehicle arrest techniques, so they are just endangering the public and wasting taxpayer's monies. And wasting our time as well.

Why Why do the police do pit maneuvers when there is a lot of traffic around, I just watched a police chase that was about fifty miles or more when they had caught up with the car they were chasing they did a pit right at a intersection and caused the car to hit other cars- what in the world is wrong with these cops, looks like very bad training to me,

Let me help you: "Highway" is a way or place of whatever nature, publicly maintained and open to the use of the public for purposes of vehicular travel. Highway includes street.

As for #3 - Really bad timing for that TVI. Trooper needs more training. But not to worry, in a few more years all new cars will be fitted with electronic ‘kill switches’ that Law Enforcement will be able to activate via Wi-Fi. And as older vehicles are retired from service the days of fleeing from the police in cars will come to an end.

The Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT) is a pursuit tactic used by law enforcement agencies worldwide to incapacitate a moving vehicle during high-speed chases. Also known as tactical vehicle intervention (TVI), the maneuver is designed to end vehicle pursuits quickly and safely, minimizing potential harm to innocent bystanders and police officers -- to force a fleeing vehicle to abruptly turn sideways to the direction of travel, causing the driver to lose control and stop. The maneuver involves the police vehicle making contact with the rear quarter of the suspect's car, specifically at the point where the back tire is attached, and then steering sharply in the same direction the suspect vehicle is moving. This action usually results in the pursued vehicle spinning out and coming to a stop, enabling the police to apprehend the suspect.
