Remember for those watching, while this looks easy, Caan still has gis edge that he applies to market, without an edge trading is not as smooth as this.

Great video! one question though: If you are putting the same stake both on back and lay - wouldn't this won't provide a profit if your selection doesn't win?

It's a maiden, looks like the favourite came in on a low volume of cash, possibly from tipsters or whatever, and was under-priced, the graphs show a lot of laying activity from the lowest traded amount and this upwards trend was likely to continue...is how I've read it.

Thanks Caan. This swing worked great but do you find that despite the signals it's anyone's guess from 2 minutes when the market flies off randomly in all directions? Because of this, I always get out before the 2 minute frenzy as I've been caught out so many times.

Great Video Caan. Ive just gotten to the point in my betfair trading where I'm making consistent small profits, only a few dollars but profit nonetheless. Im Australian and found your video from a while ago on the Australian markets incredible. It gave amazing insight into how low liquidity markets can still be profitable, if your taking value, and understanding when prices are getting weak. Im also trying to get in the UK markets, but find them a bit harder. Have you any videos or advice, or a future video potentially that can highlight the differences when trading AUS vs UK racing. Also, I am still a bit unsure of generic rules that I hear you speak about such as hitting crossover points, sometimes I think I can recall you saying that if a runner pushes through a crossover, then they are likely to continue going, but Ive also seen runners that hit the crossovers, and its like a blockade for them. Any clarification would be brilliant Thanks Keep up the great work.

In the ladder that shows the amount of money traded at each odd, how do I make this stronger green (highlighted) appear? This stronger green shows that there is a greater trading volume taking place. How do I activate this? Thanks.

Thank you for this. I really struggle learning from videos using geeks toy. It may just be me, but I find the fact it puts orders in the market centre of the ladder confusing as you can no longer see the price. Once there's a few orders sitting waiting and things get busy and I end up lost.

They're just very different. I prefer horses because it's subjective but there is some good reliability in certain playing points with tennis because it's mechanical. Getting a scalp through on tennis is more about getting filled on the opening position.

how does that one tick 2.42 to 2.4 give so much profit. calculator shows -0.95 profit and with stop loss 242 to 2.44 odds its -2.6 with 100 stakes.

I've been full time in sports betting for about 4 years & you've become a household name in my house. I really need to master bf trading since I've become accustom to a particular way of life & it seems to be the only way to make decent profit in the sports markets long term. Glad you started this channel, less clicks than MB stuff but where they'll all end up eventually I'm sure. This just wouldn't work for Betfair trading, the markets are thin and often manipulated. To live stream some trading would be to actively show your open trading position to the marketplace whilst trading against others! Also it's likely others would try to duplicate the position putting the market into a frenzy of panic.

It's certainly not random! At first it can appear a bit overwhelming until you understand the software and charting but we're focusing on small advantages in the market to put the odds in our favour.

Systematically approaching the markets for value is the only way to emerge long-term. It's not that there is a special loss recovery method, more that consistently applying strategy to a negative position can bring it back green.
