This was a really good documentary and needs to be made into a feature film. My wife and I traveled to Oakland for the last series against Texas. I loved meeting the fans. They were friendly and welcoming to two South Carolina travelers. I remember rooting for The Swingin' A's during their 1970s dynasty (I still have the refrigerator magnet to prove it). What a great team with so many special memories. I'll miss the Oakland A's.

No level of government should ever subsidize major professional sports teams or organizations period. People and corporations who want to support are free to support out of their own pocket. It is stupid for government to support organizations owned by billionaires who employ millionaires and pay all the support staff peanuts.

You're the man, Steven! Great job recapping the order of events and how they unfolded. Oakland A's fans are the most creative, passionate and driven fans in the world. I've never seen a fan base do what A's fans do, from making documentaries, creating merchandise brands like LDB and organizing a highly attended Fans Fest earlier this year. Wow is all I can say. Incredible video. My big takeaway is that Fisher has had high cover from both commissioners during his tenure as owner. Almost seems like hes conducting himself exactly as they wish. This Fisher guy really needs to be banned from baseball. This is the definition of tanking over years. Tanking in the city and tanking on the field. Raising prices and firing people, while putting an intentionally bad product on the field. I just wonder what's really going here..now the Oakland mayor is being investigated by the FBI for corruption. Both teams should have never left. They will both fail tremendously. Raiders and A's. No one will go and see the A's in Vegas. They won't even own the land...what a joke..
