This is very true about the body adapting. I really noticed that the body gets so used to it and then you don't lose that much weight anymore or look as fit. It was a question mark for me for so long.

@@Sepidaryf Heyy!! Yes it took me a while as well. It’s hard bc at first it works but it only work bc we did nothing like it before. After a while it requires more time and more work and less food to “work” 😭 The worst hamster wheel to be on!

Hey so this is a variation of an RDL. It’s called a constant tension RDL. So that’s why it looks that way 😂 it’s definitely not a standard variation of an RDL. Just another variation you can do if you like. Challenges the RDL in another way. That’s all.

@@presidentialfitness pull-ups are one of the most challenging exercises. It is rare to see people to even just 5 reps, let alone multiple sets. It took me about 2 years to go from assisted, to only being able to do 3 or 4 free hand, to now doing 4 sets of 9 reps. I’m 200 lbs.

@@Sapthebee no that’s not right either 😘😘 it’s a simple tri set and can be done with many exercises and effective. But again maybe for you, this would be confusing for a beginner and I would recommend separating them but for some with experience and is more advanced this would be no problem. 🥰🥰
