You can count this as 5/4 but this is definitely not a 5/4 time sig., that would have a puls/accents that would fall on the 1 & 3 (grouping: 12/345) or 1 & 4 (grouping: 123/45)- no matter how syncopated the rhythm, which you do not hear with the meter that's being played in this song. The accent falls evenly on all 10x 1/8 notes grouped as 4 + 4 + 2 (+2 pickup up notes (anacrusis) at the very end that create a turn around back into the the main groupings). The 1/8 notes are clearly getting the beat in this case, In any case very nice drumming :-)
