That's a ton of comments I bet none of these people really work out anyways when I was in boot camp it's really important that you're getting the right amount of calories are you still a vegan I'm sure that's fine nowadays just make sure you're getting the right amount of protein and all that nutrition bullshit

When the "campfire" happened I saw the fuckin firefighters, just standing around watching everything burn, so I went around Magalia, where I live and started putting out fires my on my own and had the entire fuckin sheriff department after me. That's why almost 3/4 of the town is still standing.

Go until failure...take a break...hit it AGAIN 😳🤯 AND AGAIN....TILL YOU CAN'T AT ALL😳 Push yourself...but PACE yourself...it's ok to take multiple breaks on one workout dude..go your own PACE I listen to music and get lost in it...i don't count...but I know how to look at myself in the mirror and favor accordingly.. Much love dude ❤ I work out like a body builder...but i don't wanna be one 🤣😂

Slow it down homie and focus on the way u do a rep like ur over head’s make ur elbows even with ur shoulders then as hard as u can up them control the negative “ the desert “ n start with 5 gs a day of creatine that’s free ganes and it helps with a lot of mental sh*t then go on the inter web calorie calculator put in ur weight to see what u need to maintain the weight u got then the first week drop ur calories by 100 150 that’s a calorie deficit then with the calculator put in the weight u want and that’s ur maintenance program
