Hello, no You Made automatic change on software but not on patient, template Will have red attachment ( small one) and the other aligners Will have bigger attachments ) Will pop out automatic when the movements is needed with no need of make any changes on patient . All of this needs to be programmed on onyx ceph . The bigger attachments is only on plastic not on patient mouth

@@dhruv010 hello, the whole purpose of the optimize attachments is to redirect the force to a right ? Active Surface is then flat beveled, wich is the only one in contact between Aligner it sefl and attachment on tooth, due the size difference between template and aligner it self, so when Aligner gets in contact with flat Surface on tooth push and direct force where is needed, the void or Gap should be fill during the 7 or 15 days of use this is more visible in extrusion attachment
