No, they're bolt hold covers and the commentator says they're legal.

Man, I get it, it's efficient, but I wish they wouldn't have the men and the women climb at the same time. I'm personally not a huge fan of the split screen.

Just watch it twice, and look at one side. KZbin & other ads try to split your attention from your interest, too, and it DOES end up like the orritation of flies & mosquitos, so we see your point!

Terimakasih.

Credit to the problem setters. These were very different and interesting. Brooke's send on the yellow was so nice.

Of course Janja has to win. Never gets boring even if she wins mostly. especially on boulder 4 I just want to know how can one get to the top w/o falling. Janja: holdmychalk

Great cutting, but can you leave full 4 minutes for the climb? It is interesting to see their breaks, brushes, recaps. Also losing context of the comentators

Was that commentary and music actually live and what the climbers had to listen to? Sounds like a carnival barker at the county fair or an announcer for a kids T-ball game. They should have given him a bigger list of climbing patter to say at random like a pull string doll "you got this" "climb through it" "nice" "breath" and so on. Makes you appreciate how much knowledgeable commentary adds to the viewing.

Last boulder was just needlessly dangerous and unnecessary imo, i get they want to make bouldering exciting for the casual crowd but is the best way to do that really to keep promoting these jumpy dangerous problems to draw the gaze of the casual crowd who don't really understand the technical intricacy of more technical static routes?
