If you want to keep the card protected in your collection, it’s worth sending in. But if your concern is the value, it’s better to keep it raw. As a raw card it can be sold as a potential “10.” But if it comes back an “8” it will be worth less than if it were ungraded. I hope that helps & congrats on the sick pull. That Squirtle is a beautiful card. I need one for my collection! 👌🏼

That is definitely true. They grade the cards in the order you send them. If you put the worse looking card in front of the better card, that will increase the chances of getting a “10” on the nicer card. 🤙🏼

I went directly through PSA. I bought a one year membership before game stop announced that they were doing submissions. The PSA membership is only worth it if you are going to submit a lot of cards, otherwise game stop is probably the better option. 👌🏼
