I recorded every practice session. Some good songs came out of all the noodling plus memories of people that are no longer with us.

Yup if I join currents and Chris sent me on familiar I would be f****** stoked because it's literally one of the best rifts I've ever heard but I'm pretty sure I'd be doing the same thing you were doing when I first heard it😂

I found this dude laying absolute waste to the drum kit in our local music store. He is a fucking unstoppable force of nature on the kit and his intuition for song craft is sharp.

Stumbled on this band recently and can't stop listening. Love everything they are doing. This interview is great, they seem really mature, self-aware and creative. Glad you asked about the songwriting process and hearing how they are in certain places in their minds and super relatable for everyone and really positive to hear how they know they have to sink to those dark places to make the content but can pull themselves out in a positive way and not let it consume them

incredible! really loved the thin brushstrokes discussion.....and when Federico was talking about the source of music inspiration being almost out of thin air, it reminded me of those lyrics from the killers "are we human or are we dancer"? like where tf does this ability to turn notes, rhythm, speed, timing into emotion come from and why are we so drawn to it......i liked the infrastructure rant too, i constantly am in awe all the time of how much has been built up and made in factories, down to tiny details, to create our society today---out of like rocks and dirt.
@PeterJT8 ай бұрын
appreciate you watching the whole episode dude! Federico's a well of wisdom, I'm glad you enjoyed the chat as much as I did
