so big on stocks and it has worked well for me, i like your solid share on put options but I also like to have a well balanced, low-cost set of ETFs that keeps the money in my pocket. Thanks for sharing.

I love ETFs. Ended up buying QQQM in my Roth, SCHD and some individual stocks in my brokerage account. I have a considerably larger position of SCHD, which are well managed.

Tbh I've adhere to insights from a top performer, there are tracks for more interest. Last year, YTD interest remitted 64k in holdings passive income. Q2 this year was 27k, as it takes time and the magic of compounding. It's truly great to see steady growth.

Cheers jacob! I'm looking to start a position in JEPQ with dividends of existing stocks. It's going into an IRA and I'm really looking for growth over time. I will be reinvesting dividends, so my position size will grow over time. Okay if I ask for referral from you.

Isn’t day trading just a different form of gambling?

Anything could be gambling if you don’t know what you are doing and hoping for the best. Daytarding does have a significantly lower consistent returns in the long term.

@@CodyYeh what I meant when I equate day trading to gambling is that yes there are technicals involved. But what you learnt in the previous gamble/trade can not predict the next gamble/trade well enough due to so many out side factors/luck not in your control. But best luck to you seeing you are past that phase and back on your feet doing well.

Like the content. when would u do a video on your options trading for the month and what returns would you expect for each trade for each week. I currently have been trading options for a month and I was excited that I was making money from a tap of a finger. I have high risk and been trading leveraged options like soxl,tsll, and Nvdl for the month and made 2k from premiums from using 9k, i hope in 2 years that I will be able to retire
@CodyYeh
@CodyYeh 20 күн бұрын
Making $2k with $9k is about a 22% return per month? In my own experience, it could be very difficult to sustain this kind of return in the long term. If it’s 22% per year, could be much more attainable

This is my fifth year after retirement. I’ve been following the 4% rule thing I saw on a KZbin channel, but this isn’t really how hard I expected things to be. After I cashed out a lump sum, I still have about $760k left, but at this rate, and with how the market is (we were putting money away in an index fund), I’m starting to get worried.
@RhondaArmstrong-y4d
@RhondaArmstrong-y4d Ай бұрын
Amazingly, you were able to save that much during your active years. Not a lot of people can save that much in a lifetime. But now you are retired and depend on your investment, it’s best you redistribute your capital, so you are not left devastated during a market crash or recovery. To simplify the process, you could allocate your resources with the help of a financial advisor.
@MelindaMatsuda
@MelindaMatsuda Ай бұрын
@@RhondaArmstrong-y4d Yeah, I’m also closing in on retirement, and I have benefitted much from using a financial advisor. I didn’t start early, so I knew the compound interest of index fund investing would not work for me. Funny how I pulled in more profit than some of my peers who have been investing for many years.

You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.
