Uhm...I just suspend it vertically and fire a camping stove up through it, using a blowtorch gas canister until either it runs out or the DPF stops smoking like a coal chimney. It works because DPF's are designed to be cleaned by exhaust heat during normal use, so a clean-burning flame from a butane torch works surprisingly well. No expensive machinery, a gas canister costs less than a £tenner, it also works on clogged catalytic converters (provided they're ceramic element).

Very nice car! Just one small correction, you said the gearbox was dual clutch (DCT)... it isn't. The DCT is only on the M4 version. On the 435d it's a Torque Converter (TC)... not quite as good as a DCT, but still awesome!
