Goff hasn't played the 4th quarter in 3 games. That's almost a full game of stats.

Hurts is by far the better QB when you need to scramble but that's not sustainable for an entire game. In the pocket, Goff is probably the best QB in the league and much better than Hurts. To be efficient, you have to be great in the pocket. I don't think Hurts will ever be great in the pocket. That's the difference.
