What's version of Ableton are you using?

Same here. I only have 2 options (Pre FX and Post FX) in the drop down menu. I’m running ABLETON Live 11 Suite. Can you please help? Thank you for getting me this far.

@@ERIKwTheK I've checked on mine. I'm using live 11. Its no longer listed as Komplete Kontrol Vst but just Komplete control. If that's.kt showing I'd check your midi port setup under. OPTIONS, Preferences. Also make sure you have Komplete plug in on one channel and a seperate channel for midi. That is the channel where you select the previous channel and the input channel of Komplete Kontrol. If that doesn't work then the must be something wrong with how it's installed. Give me a shout back and let me know how you get on. Let me know if you are usi g pc/mac etc.

@@xospherix thanks for your help and speedy response. I’m running Mac with Monterey version 12.6.1. Only the 2 options are available after following your instructions precisely. Still only 1 note appears in the piano roll when 1 play in chord mode. And the 2nd midi track doesn’t have the additional option as yours does. Thanks for your time and any additional help.

@@ERIKwTheK no problem. Let me have a check on my setup and see if I can replicate it. I am on Windows but I'll see if I can make Komplete disappear from that menu. I'm not at my machine now. I'll have a look for you this evening.

I'm afraid I don't know much about the routing in studio one. Only really ableton. Although someone did say this worked for Protoola so you may have success in studio one.

@@marlino8042 trying to solve the same problem… I read somewhere that you can’t do this in Logic, because AU doesn’t support midi out. Not sure what that means, being a novice…

Daniel Belk just a sharp eye really. Used the sanding block and the dremel. The dremel gets in under the crown. For the creases I used dremel and perseverance and delicate movements at a slow speed. To keep the bezel black I used the dremel on slow and you can see where it's taking the paint off. I thought about it after and thought it would be useful to have a "3rd hand' or clamp for those bits. Thanks for watching.
