Quite a few buyers are highlighting that the batteries are really badly made and prone to complete failure sometimes within a month, others complaining that the lasers go well before the 1 year warranty but get nothing but silence from Huepar.

Too bad you couldn’t shorten the width of shower opening to loose that skinny tile for nicer look

Nicely done per usual and yeah the tile guy must often wear many hats to get the job done. Thanks for sharing.

Whilst I wouldn’t personally ditch the guard even with a diamond disc…these discs are all metal and unlikely to shatter even if abused a bit.

Good job. That centerpiece needed a trim though to help accent it. Or also maybe the entire centerpiece could have been the niche so they won't have to put soap bottles on tub or window sill.

Yes, we pitched the idea of using the deco behind a large niche, but the client opted out on that.

Can you cut a 48" x 24" tile with this saw? In the video, a 32" tile was ripped.
@LandbergTileTV

It could be done, but the Ridgid 8" with the drop down fence is much better and inexpensive

Wow (5:10) "extremely heavy vanity cabinet, the top is glued to the cabinet ... weighs about 500 pounds" eh? That must be one impressive vanity. // Edit: ah, I see it's a double sink 66" or 72" monster. Never seen one shipped with the top glued down. Well done job, very nice work.

I do not understand all of the comments talking about a pre-slope underneath the liner I don't think he could have been more clear explaining that he did the pre-slope with the dry pack a quarter inch for every foot to the drain. Did half of you not watch any of the video? You do not have to put a pre-slope under the liner. I have demoed hundreds of multi-decade old showers done with a dry pack pre-slope without a single speck of mold or cracking. Kind of just sounds like a lot of DIYs that watched a few videos. 😅

Do you leave a slope on bottom part for water to slide out? If you did, can it be done by adding more thinset on back and less on front? Do you have to cut bottom sides in an angle to fit the bottom?
@LandbergTileTV

Yes, slope for water shed and yes, side tiles are cut at an angle
