Its all optional. I keep my GTI Clubsport's dsg in Drive mode when in city driving, no pops then. Once i swap to Sport thers pops when i let of the gas, but its less of it, just as much as i want it basically. Also ithink its better for your Sport Cat if you disable, it if you happen to have one like on my full custom exhaust.

@tredfxman Yeah I'd say it's fine like that. I am planning on getting an exhaust soon, without a new downpipe tho and I'd rather not rip the factory one.
