yes flywheels can go faulty because some newer flywheels have a built in key that might get sheared if not tightened down, other than that i dont know of any other problems concerning flywheels

also check piston and cylinder wall for scuffs and vertical damage, and check ring if its moves and not stuck and has not to much wear and is pretty much in good shape also check the gasket betwwen the cylinder and lower part if it leaks or looks wet replace the gasket there can be a loss of compression for the downstroke to push the air gas mix to the top of cylinder to be set off by spark ok thanks and please like and subscribe and tell your freinds about me

My apologize I didn't think the music was that bad & I appreciate that you didn't speed through the video & you showed it in real time without editing/fast forwarding it. I personally don't like it when people do a time-lapse because 99% of the time the one part I was trying to see is sped up & I'm no closer to fixing what it is I'm working on. I can agree that some in-depth analogy/narrative or whatnot won't hurt but it isn't necessary either I appreciate you taking your time to do the video honestly you've got a new subscriber here.

I know I'm a bit late to the party here, I just don't understand WHY people in the comments are BITCHING about the music I truly get annoyed when people are so stupid that they take more time to write a comment about something they willfully sat though & had the option & free will with NO OBLIGATION forcing them but it's NOT only that they watched on their own by CHOICE but THE THING THEY NITPICK is COMPLETELY OPTIONAL as well!!! I am pretty sure there is this thing that I thought everyone was AWARE OF called VOLUME which is togglable NOT only from the video interface itself called youtube BUT a MASTER VOLUME CONTROL VIA THE CONTRAPTION/DEVICE THE VIDEO IS BEING WATCHED ON HAS A VOLUME CONTROL FOR IT'S OWN OUTPUT BOTH OF WHICH ARE 100% CONTROLLABLE BY THE PERSON VIEWING THE CONTENT!!!! I mean really people? Are Y'all for real!? 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

I'm going to look at your suggestions. The saw ran fine, then a couple of days later when I tried to start it, no spark. It IS on the second ignition module, I got lucky a few years ago and someone had one for $20 on the internet.
@2strokefanatic578
@2strokefanatic578 Жыл бұрын
hi there if this is a solid state ignition module where it does not have a capacitor and points that open and close its a very good idea to clean the fins on the chainsaw from wood chips and oil and to clean the parts where air comes in and is forced over the fins and ignition module to keep it cool good air circulation is needed to keep the saw and ignition moduale from being roasted by the heat of the chainsaw you may ask why well because in more modern ignition modules there is a capacitor and a tiny circuit board that run it all to make it spark yea i know very cool a beauty of micro circuity that goes into a fairly modern ignition module also look for bad ground on the saw and module and bad wiring good luck to you and dont forget to keep me on the happenings of your saw ok and like and subcribe and tell your freinds about me ok

Also check the ignition cool for continuity if it went bad and it went bad or fried die to the heat
@2strokefanatic578
@2strokefanatic578 Жыл бұрын
Also it could be a bad switch too check it out look for bad grounds clean the wires oil is bad for the wires and it leads to bad wire connection check for proper air gap between the flywheel and ignition module if it's too large it won't create a spark. We'll I hope that helps out please be in touch if it works and if you need more help. When you take it completely apart like this, do you put it in a ultrasonic cleaner? Then apply lubrication to everything?
@2strokefanatic578
@2strokefanatic578 Жыл бұрын
on the big parts i like to clean it ib gas old gas if possible not want to waste new gas this will clean it good also cleaning the cooling fins so it cools better when running then assemble it all together with oil to pre lube the piston and other moving parts including the bearings in the rod and cylinder walls then assemble it together with high gas resistant gasket sealant this will make it leak proof also adding a drop of oil in the oil seals so it will not wear out quickly works all the time giving it 24 hours for the gasket sealant to dry hope that answers your question subscribe for more videos and tell your friends about me.

I have a s620 that I just did a carb on, it runs but I got some Oil in spark plug how far do I gotta go for in for oil seal
@2strokefanatic578
@2strokefanatic578 Жыл бұрын
hello sir s 620 is a 2 stroke engine that has oil and gas mix it lubes the engines by going around the piston and other moving parts then going to the top of the cylinder to be ignited to run the engine so it would be normal if you have a bit of oil gas in the spark plug if you think you have to much try adjusting the high speed needle on the carb but also not enough gas oil mix will burn up the motor as for the oil seal you got one on each end of the crankshaft one end has the flywheel while the other end has the pully to turn over the paddles if in good working condition their should be no oil leaking from the crank, also the end of the motor should be free of leaks if not reseal that part remember 32 to 1 ratio on the gas oil mix not enough oil and you risk the engine burning up. but the s620 motor are super tough and long lasting with the correct oil gas mix

Yep, Trump really made America great. By getting a bunch of brainwashed dummies to break into the Capitol, kill cops, and threaten to kill the Vice President, cause over 30 million dollars of property damage to the Capitol building, clog up the courts with a bunch of meritless lawsuits, continue to spread lies about the "stolen" election, and threaten election officials all over the country like some Mafia boss. SO great. He is a slicky, New York City flim-flam man who suckered all you dummies. Every single election official (R. and D.) in this entire country said there was no fraud. Every single computer expert, every single attorney except for that dress wearing Guiliani too. But no -- Trump knew he could do what he's done his entire life. Lie and steal to get what he wanted. Interesting how last election when Hitler Trump lost the popular vote, but won the electoral college vote -- well, that was just fine with him. BUT THIS TIME -- when he lost the popular vote by at least 7 million free and fair ballots? Well that was "fraud". So - he lied and continues to lie. And continues to sucker idiots who are weak in the head and believe that scam. He set you idiots up way back six months before the election by putting in your peabrain heads that he was incapable of losing the election. GUESS WHAT? HE'S A LOSER! GET OVER IT. Vote for him next time too if you want a country with a dictator. That's your right. But you have no right to make up shit. And ruin people's lives with harassment and extortion tactics.
