Yea Christian mccaffery is a scary player to draft and a scary player to pass up on. He has displayed such a high ceiling for so many years on a great offense he’s a rockstar rb1 if healthy. If your more risk adverse early I like breece hall he has displayed cmc type ceiling and the o line drastically improved breece looks ready to crush

If the Rams defense is in the top 12, they win the Super Bowl. That's a tall order for this squad, I know but we also don't know what the NEW DC, Shula, is going to do with this group. McVay's offense is going to put up massive stats and numbers this year, last year the Rams only really lost when Kyren Williams was hurt, which is why they drafted his CLONE, in Blake Corum. The Rams O-Line was built for run blocking and the Rams are going to be very balanced, which keeps defenses off balance. I say, baring potential injuries, the Rams are a 13 win team all day.

I'm picking the Bucs to go 11 and 6. Kirk Cousins replaced by Michael Penix in week 8. Spencer Rattler replaces David Carr in week 10. Dave Canales on the hot seat in Carolina by week 4.
@donaldpodzikowski80282 ай бұрын
I don't think Kyle Trask is gone after this season. Who are they going to replace him with? If he does nothing or gets some playing time and isn't bad, they'll re-sign him for cheap. They don't want to waste draft capital when they are likely to make the playoffs and it's the back-up QB. Now if the Bucs use him and he stinks it up, then they might move on. Let's see what he does in pre-season.
@drew3882 ай бұрын
penix was the best pick possible. if kirk gets hurt then we have a backup qb that is said could be nfl ready. 2nd from watching penix play he is the only qb in the draft that could end up being better the caleb williams

I’ll agree that Adam’s was, but go look at the stats again, Wagner did GREAT against the run and his coverage was better than it was most years of his career. Also with most teams running so much against us his run stopping ability is the only reason we didn’t lose every game

You are right about the Oline not being good last year and that was a big part of the offense taking a step back. The why, however, is important. They had both starting tackles go down in week 1. Abe Lucas barely played and he is a top 10 RT. Good news is he looks to be working out and running without a brace. I see this Oline be a very good young unit this year
@michaelreed27002 ай бұрын
Hawks fan since 76. I’m excited for this season. We have a very cerebral coaching staff now, and have shored up some weak spots on the personnel side. We look at Gino’s stats, rushing stats, and they hit the mid range levels with an absolutely trash O line and D line. I think we will surprise a lot of teams. That being said, I don’t think your predictions are wrong- I think it’s just an unknown. Will the defense figure out the new scheme? Will we stop the run? Will we learn that QB’s can throw the ball between the hashes too? Will our O line become more than a turnstile spinning freely? Will our new OC call plays that direct the ball AWAY from the elite defenders? If we improve any of these, Seattle should be better this year. I’m excited to see what’s coming.
