@@cherika_skates yes, our remote villages in Alaska are very expensive, but wages are high so people still live comfortable lives. I live in a small city (Fairbanks/North Pole, Alaska) with a Walmart so our prices are lower😄

I know that had to be tough beyond words, though I'm sure you probably had a few choice ones for all those stairs at the time, lol. Even for anyone considered normal, that would kick anyone's booty.You are one tough cookie. That looks like a lot of stairs and inclines. Goodness Gracious. I'm so glad this time was only a visit. Obviously it was a good one, I take it???

@@matthewcarlon4596 yes, a good medical visit, doctors are pleased with my lab results. Have a virus that is common with transplant patients, nothing to get excited about, just adjust anti rejection meds so the virus stays in the background. Leaving tomorrow again for more medical vacation. Not sure what my exercise will be as there's not enough stairs or hills at the Alaska Native Medical Center 😄

I wear fresh clean socks for the flight. Some flights I take take over 12hrs. It is not advisable to keep your shoes on. Your feel swells up as you age. If it doesn’t stink and doesn’t look disgusting, it is ok to do this.
