Sweet, lyrical, delicate, with many possibilities. The E string is particularly beautiful and is what one imagines it to be. The middle strings are sublime too, which isn't always the case in lesser violins. The G string is refreshing and distinct, not as deep and dark as the G925 - this is a Strad replica after all ! The tone is refined throughout and has a certain poise. As for the playing, what can I say - it's top notch. .
