On a two way lane - do you expect the car on the opposite side to even stop (Immediately) ? Even though the lady hasn’t started to from other side or even reached the half of the road?

It becomes a serious if you don't do it 3 times or 50% of the time on the test. Cos it also depends also on how many times you have been asked to pull up and on the examiner. But I mean, it is so serious that one could end up crashing

It’s a fault when you fail to use it during the time that it is not in operation, and there’s nothing stopping you from using it, that is you are not turning right or overtaking another vehicle.

When turning right at traffic light controlled crossroads most driving instructors online on KZbin teach the ‘2 car rule’, I disagree with this because if you’re the second car waiting in the middle of the junction you always risk getting stuck, I’d advise only moving into the middle of the junction when you’re the first car in the queue, that way you definitely know 100% that you’re able to clear the junction and not get stuck.
