Perfect launch in a lekker gap, quick Garrick + snoek double up and then back in, without even getting your knees wet, where there's a crew to help you carry ski's to the car. 👏 You okes make this look far too easy 😆

😂 almost never that easy !

Do you have a video on running a new cable through the hull? I need to run a new one on my pinnacle elite

My PF525 rudder line broke yesterday, at the feral. I didn't jam the rudder, but I know what to do another time, thank you. The kayak is 9 years old in June so it's done well.
@Live2Fish29 күн бұрын
It's done very well! Keep on fishing

Nicely done. Even with some nasty weather bearing down you made that look more like an inconvenience than a crisis.

How hard is it to run a cable back through the hull? Not had to do it but surely at some point I’ll have to - stinker of a start but still better than being at work. Cheers man
@Live2Fish29 күн бұрын
Not difficult at all. The cable is fairly rigid so you can push it all the way through
@paulnixon10949 ай бұрын
Good advice there buddy. You can also use your bungee and jam that under your rudder

What rods and reels did he use? I’ve been looking at getting into kayak fishing myself
@Live2Fish29 күн бұрын
Daiwa Grandwave rods and any decent muliplier reel. I like the Daiwa BG Saltists but you can start with a more entry level reel if you want. He used a spinning rod there becasue it's easier for someone who has never fished before

Very cool, my dream is to have a kayak like this since 2010, I never got it
