A moment of silence for all the people whose futures and destinies were “determined” by someone else wielding a weapon or driving with total disregard for others safety. We spend our entire lives desperately grasping onto the illusion of control and freedom, but in reality very few aspects of our lives are actually within our power to change. Our “destiny” is not one of those things. As grim and unfortunate as it is, anyone can determine another person’s future. Let’s not allow ignorance to distort our perception of reality.

Tip for harder pushups: Go to a carpeted area if your knuckles are weak. put your elbows right next to you sides and do pushups on your knuckles, you can cross your legs for an even harder challenge.

UNOFFICIALLY... weightlifting title that recognizes a weightlifter's ability to lift a combined total of 1,000 pounds or more in the squat, bench press, and deadlift... but i don't know what he's talking about.

Full depth on your squat unlocks a whole new gear bro and it mitigates fatigue on your knees. I worked on my knees and mobility for a couple months and I feel 5 years younger squatting 225 for reps 3 x 8 Some studies say you will also grow your quads faster because loading the muscle while its lengthened is better for hypertrophy. Also the hack squat or V squat machine will cook your quads way hotter than the leg press. I highly recommend hitting Hack or V-squat after Olympic squats to give your quads some real growth stimulus.

Are you trying to do straight-leg deadlifts for the first movement? I've never seen someone do conventional with dumbbells

@@filthyswole oh nice! I would focus on form before going heavier to 90, especially if your grip is still catching up. I use 60s for this movement, so not as strong as you, but i get a nasty hammy and lower back pump just by keeping the reps as clean as possible. Mike Israetel from Renaissance Periodization has a lot of really good videos about RDL form for free. He emphasizes the importance of working through the stretch and gives some really good cues how to keep your knees straight and spine neutral. Upping the weight is just one of the tools in the toolbelt for hypertrophy. More reps and harder reps are also a valid forms of progressive overload! You will still grow
