Its funny and great that Barbossa will follow Jack idea without questioning it. Barbossa still want the Captain seat but in this time he follow Jack order without questioning it. Barbossa is a great captain, he is all about Order and Efficiency something that Jack needed for pearl when both of them still were Captain and First mate. Yet Barbossa knew that Jack is way more smarter than him and can solve a dead end problem without someones help as seen here. Thats why Barbossa is silent and let Jack solve the charts because he can count on Jack wisdom to solve it even tho he is Crazy.
