if You're On CEX then install REX version and if you are on DEX MODE then install D-REX version bro

@@ConsoleControls Alright I did it and it works; all the games are running smoother, but whenever I turn on FPS the system freezes and crashes. Also it still says CEX for some reason. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

okay no problem just download it in your phone connect pendrive in your phone and copy the downloaded file in your pendrive(fat32 formatted) and connect your pendrive in ps3 then install it from package manager and done.

Hello Brother i m using PS3 CECH-2503B and 9.99 error is basically found in citra mulia cfw if you want to install any cfw through recovery/safe mode then you will face 9.99 error any some other reasons is also possible for 9.99 but this video will help to solve 9.99 error more easily & sorry for the late reply i was busy little bit.
