I would imagine you would spend around $500.00 for that size. First time: 1,000 but that is taken into account the mold. And I would take it to a local powder coating business and toss the mold into their large oven for the sake of being able to quickly adapt your business needs.

What heating element did you use for this? I assume your oven was set to 350-375?

Interested in seeing the specs for this. What was the planned goal/performance and was it met? Other considerations and changes, like her being able to exit, ventilation, etc. Pretty cool!

Funny that people expects every video to be properly produced like a show, but phones allow direct upload of clips to KZbin for sharing. Interesting idea of using insulation on the oven I was thinking about doing this also.

@@johndude70 I was thinking the same thing lol. I would just pickup the insulation and build it big enough to roll a used oven up to it and seal it off with the door removed then removing the glass from the oven door and mount it to the side. Set my preheat and a couple of oven lamps inside it and and close the box. Spend more time on supporting the mold and getting it in and out of the oven wearing oven mits.
