These tips induce more of anxiety. 1) idea that we lack social skills is false because having empathy is number one social skill that 80 percent of humanity do not have 2) idea that we must be perfect leads to anxiety and mental illness, perfectionism 3) people who are the most popular at parties are those who have no social skills whatsoever - they fart, they gossip, they accuse others, they are rude, loud and intrusive and nobody cares even though they have no social skills 4) visualizing success will increase social anxiety because we are trying to impose fantasy over crude reality which is broadcasting anxiety in the first place. Like living in poor country or dysfunctional family or poverty - visualizing Dynasty or soap opera Dallas luxury will only make us inferior and feel abnormal and unworthy 5) challenging intrusive thoughts will multiply them more - this is called ironic processing theory or pink elephant effect. 6) idea that our anxiety is unrealistic - will make us doubt our own brain and we won't be able to depend on our own resources, intrinsic inside us - and as result of this brainwashing that realistic view of chaos is abnormality will turn us into being trauma bonded with codependent narcissists and predators of all sorts whom we will fawn over because we reject our own reality and our own brain, we cannot trust ourselves if we believe that our thoughts are abnormal and sick and broken.
