Well eventually you should have all platinum anyways to maximize the port coins output But there are numerous options to take so be creative!

I was so surprised when you got Madrid sooooo early on episode 16 or 17. Wow! I realized that I probably used a wrong strategy. I focused on getting keys for the ports so 90% of my tiles placed on the map are iron but you focused on connecting more cities. Let me know your opinion on this. 😊

Connecting ports with cities using iron gives you 60 coins when they are full Connecting a new city gives you a chance of Connecting it with a port. Even if they are all wood tracks it is still 50 coins It's way more efficient than upgrading to iron tracks which only gives you 10 extra coins Plus for the sake of you guys, of course it makes sense for me to play more areas and upload more videos than me playing myself, grinding for tracks just to do sth not new
