I've been doing this sequence (just learned that's the yoga word) for over a year now. I generally do it every time my period comes as a way to honor what I'm going through in my cycle (you know your menstral period is a part of your cycle, it's not the whole cycle....i digress) and celebrate my womanhood. I love this sequence because it is empowering, and I've developed a lot of mental and physical strength doing this practice over time. Today I noticed how much more I can twist and I'm more agile....heyyyy!!! Abiola talks a bit much for my desire on this video. Quiet time wouldn't hurt....however, it's ok. Great teacher, I've been following you for some years now, doing the divine Feminine yoga series, to the easy a.m..yoga sequences, and I'm a better woman for it. Keep doing your thing sista....these videos are timeless, and thanks for making yourself available to the world..

I love that Abiola infuses her classes with authenticity and insights from her own practice and self-education. This is real yoga to me. She goes far deeper than most Western White teachers. I feel like she embodies the true meaning of Bell Hooks' self-care. If we know our strong self then we can serve the community of the marginalised and oppressed. I really am grateful that Abiola is here.

Thank you for this valuable video.. 🏵 Even after 400h RYT YTT I still have to gain more confidence. I started my yoga, meditation, pilates KZbin channel, and having a personal place to practice myself. Maybe it sounds weird, but I started a Meditation Challenge of 365 days with myself and post it on my socials. This helps me to stick with personal practice.

It was so nice to watch your video!!.Avellans used to be my home 10 years ago. That feeling of just live the moment, be present just revived when I saw you and listen your words. NOT too many people can actually "feel the presence" of the silence and enjoy it. Raining days were my favorite, seeing everything changing color only with one rain. Ooh so many memories. And funny when you say yeah no lights on the roads..A flashlight was a must even to step outside of the home to open the gate of the home, snakes or scorpions could be around....I got biten by scorpions so many times I became immune😅 and with snakes my sixth sense always warned me when they were close.
