To help the body synthesize those compounds. Our body can create those molecules so this process is to train the subconscious and the body.

This is a new technique that Dr Joe Dispenza teaches at his retreat. According to him our body can create it owns pharmacy. Using the kaleidoscope and hearing the compounds helps this process.

hi THere! thanks for sharing this! I purchased my pineal gland meditation a week ago, and have been doing it every day... its exactly like these one, but it doesnt have the caleidoscope! you keep you eyes open untill they ask you to close your eyes? how does it work? also im also looking forward to attend an advanced retreat, when its time to meditate, does Dr Joe conducts the meditation in the spot, or does he just plays the recorded version, just as this one? many thanks! greetings to all of you brothers and sisters!!
