I liked the movie a lot more than I was expecting. I feel like this has "future cult classic" written all over it.

People hated this movie because when Joker was beaten up or pushed by the guards, he could have gotten revenge and escaped with Harley. They could have caused chaos and crime together. But I still enjoyed this movie (mainly because of the music).

Just got my copy, while the goodies are nice, the cardboard sleeve design to hold the discs as a bad choice, its asking for trouble (scratches)

Really cool watching your enthusiasm opening these cards. Seems to be an underrated set, great artwork and lots of low numbered cards. Don't see alot of people opening this product. Not sure why. Super great artwork and card quality. Love this set, would love to open a box of this, but unfortunately a little more than I can afford. That Metallurgy card is sick! This looks like the one I got from eBay earlier this year. I enjoyed this movie far more than I had expected to and the steelbook itself is nice as well, had I known this would be available at Walmart I would've waited since mine didn't include a digital copy.

The only thing I don’t like about this set is the cardboard slots keeping the discs in. They can be so easily scratched that way. Otherwise it’s a beautiful set.

This is a upscaled to 4K Ultra-HD not even native. Pretty poor start is the source is upscaled which should have been a native 4K as its a 35mm film and doesnt look like a 35mm using the film stock used.

I bought the steelbook that Walmart had a while back and I'm ok with it. I remember reading somewhere that they changed the ratio from the dvd to Blu-ray. So I decided to keep my dvd to see the difference, but haven't checked it yet. I'm still a little hesitant to upgrade some things since at times they change the color grading or other aspects.

The screen resolution and aspect is back to the true theatrical version. The theatrical release featured three different aspect ratios: 1.37:1 for the film’s first two minutes (featuring vintage Galaxy Quest TV show footage), 1.85:1 for the next twenty minutes (set on Earth, starting at the convention), and finally 2.39:1 (when Nesmith departs his first visit of the Protector and realizes that he’s actually in space). The previous Blu-ray only replicated two of these ratios, 1.37 and 2.39. But in honor of the film’s 25th anniversary, Paramount has remastered the film in 4K and restored all three. Both the 1.37 and 1.85 presentations sit pillar-boxed within the 2.39:1 frame, just the way you would have experienced the film in theaters back in 1999.

That slip cover on a steelbook thing is weird. I'm okay with the idea, but it either has to be a clear slipcover, or it's gotta be different artwork. The fact that it's the same exact artwork is a bummer for me. Also that screen dimensions issue is very worrisome and I'm really hoping I don't regret this preorder that I can't cancel because I'm an idiot that bought something else attached to the preorder. lol

Galaxy Quest is like a Top 20 favorite of all time for me. I gotta pick this up.

Transfer of the year for me. Totally blew me away! And the Atmos sound was so good
