Hey quick question is there a way to install the metallic (aluminum) sumpguard paired with the large engine guards? on the RE configurator seem like that can't be done. It feels weird that we have to choose between protecting our legs (with the large engine guards) or protecting the bike (with the rally sumpguard).
@motoadvire4 күн бұрын
@@fzfq3m from what I can see, no it can’t be done however you could go for another brand of sump guard, that could work.
@fzfq3m3 күн бұрын
Yep, that soumds like the way to go, original engime guard paired with third party sump guard. I just need to convince my local RE dealership to install it for me so I can keep it under warranty. Cheers

I’m a former US Army helicopter mechanic and i’m here to inform you that If your hand is not centered on the handle your final torque values will be off. The mechanism inside the wrench which measures the torque is calibrated on the specific leverage of the handle. Beyond that, thanks for posting this I’ve been wanting a closer look at this set up!

what is the powervolt (?) and where did you connect that?
@motoadvire22 күн бұрын
The power hub is a small box that allows you to place multiple electronic items to a fused line. The hub is wired to the battery. And the your electronic items go to the hub. Saves you working many electronics direct to the battery and gives the a fuse for safety

It’s an Oxford power hub, wires straight to the battery and allows 4 devices to wire direct to the hub. Keeps the wiring tidy and allows up to a5 amp fuse on each item. Can be bought for about €30 in EU. I only have it a short time so yet to get a full review done
