Thank you for this detailed video. My neighbor’s father was diagnosed with leukemia and underwent conventional treatment. He also used Planet Ayurveda’s supportive herbal supplements, which boosted his energy and overall health during the process. Their products are worth considering for added support.

Thanks for addressing leukemia in this video. A family friend battling leukemia found Planet Ayurveda’s herbal support incredibly beneficial alongside medical treatment. It boosted his strength and overall well-being during a difficult time. If anyone is affected, their products are worth looking into.

I’m not a doctor nor college educated. What I am is someone who has injured, ill and disabled for decades until I received a surgery eight years ago. From there I started walking, first around my block, faster and faster, further and further. I’ve carried a weighted rucksack everyday for eight years and got up to ten miles a day before deeming this unsustainable. After all of this time and effort I consider myself somewhat of an expert on the power of daily brisk walking. None of the people featured in this video are receiving the full benefits of daily walking because they’re missing a key component, you have to walk briskly. And you have to walk briskly everyday for the mathematical benefits that’ll payoff like compounding interest to unlock the full benefits. If you practice the art of daily brisk walking it’ll change your physicality, your countenance, your mind and then quite possibly your life. Practice the power of daily brisk walking for the mathematical benefits and prove it to yourselves. Here’s how: First, this is quite possibly the best information that you’ll receive in this lifetime, I call it the power of daily brisk walking. And if it does what I say it will do, you will share it with your family and friends until the end of time or the end of your family line, whichever comes first. We humans were meant to walk everyday and we have to walk briskly if we want to feel and be our optimal best. Practicing the art of daily brisk walking will change your physicality, your countenance, your mind and quite possibly your life. Share it with your family, friends and loved ones if you want to catch a glimmer of what they were like when they were young. Prove it to yourself. Here’s how: Take a selfie before you begin this process, then walk briskly everyday for the mathematical benefits that will payoff like compounding interest. After some time has passed, take another selfie. The difference should be easily discernible and readily apparent in your changing physicality and happier countenance. If you stick with it you’re going to look sharper, feel sharper and actually be sharper than you’ve been in some time. (No dieting or weightlifting is required) When you walk: Open your eyes slightly wider and walk at a brisk pace, making sure to swing both of your arms while using your eyes for things both near and far & having as much fun as possible. (It’s an eye exercise and brain training stimulator) At some point you’re going to feel as if your eyesight is improving and you’re aging in reverse. Google; brisk walking and telomeres lengthening your telomeres will have you feeling like you’re aging in reverse. That’s it, it really is that simple. We were meant to feel alive, healthy, happy, vibrant and vital all of our lives as we age. Unlike most other activities this one barring illness or injury is sustainable for the rest of your life. Why does this work more effectively than almost anything else at helping you achieve your goals? Because we were designed/evolved and adapted over millions of years to do this one thing very well. Animals in the wild walk from shortly after birth until death in a never ending search for food and water or to escape predators. We humans eschew walking and ride in air conditioned comfort to air conditioned food stores and air conditioned gyms to walk slowly or stand around. It’s only been since the last hundred plus years and the invention of the automobile that we’ve forgotten that we’re supposed to walk and walk briskly. The invention of the cellphone has only exacerbated this issue. If we want to feel and be our optimal best we have to thoroughly mix the chemicals in our brains and bodies everyday, we have to walk and we have to walk briskly everyday. The leading cause of injury in adults is unintentional falls. Practicing the art of daily brisk walking will improve your balance, mobility, agility and coordination making falls less likely. Plus, this is sustainable for the rest of your life and a guaranteed mood booster. Extras: Make an AC/DC greatest hits playlist, push play and just try to keep up. (This is a great brisk pace) Dress lightly or you’ll overheat, feel sick and quit. I wear baselayer, synthetic in warm weather and wool in cooler weather. No jacket is required until approximately 10 degrees. We humans have an incredible capacity to heat ourselves up or cool ourselves down while moving briskly. When you walk seven days a week for years you’re going to experience every kind of weather. Something I’ve learned is that we humans heat up quickly when we’re on the move and the rain, snow and cold have little effect. Think about our caveman ancestors in skins, no underwear & no jackets and boy are we lucky and you’ll be warm. You’re going to sweat a lot, so stay well hydrated and drink before you get thirsty. Get an Apple Watch and close your rings daily, it’s cheaper than a trainer or a gym and it will keep you disciplined and on track. Good luck to you and remember, think happy thoughts when you walk and have as much fun as possible. PS- This is the essence and distillation of my thoughts after eight years of daily brisk walking and sharing it with many thousands of people on all levels from every continent on the globe. This works, prove it to yourself and walk everyday for the mathematical benefits. PSS- I’m 63 years old with better mobility, agility, coordination and balance than I had as a twenty year old US Marine. Trust me, this will work for you if you persist. As always, check with your doctor before starting any program of exercise.
