Nice video, Stan. Sounds like you came to the same conclusion I did with my Harley-Davidson Heritage. I loved that bike and how comfortable it was for long trips but it was just getting too heavy for me in slow speed maneuvering and muscling around my garage. So I sold it and bought a lighter BMW F750 GS and never looked back. I love how light it is and how great it handles especially on curvy mountain roads like we have here in North Georgia. I can still put bags on it including a top case and it’s fine for touring. Made a trip to West Virginia and back this summer. Look forward to seeing you on our next KOB group ride. Love your Sportster 72. My favorite Sporty of them all.

Nice ride, Stan. I’ve been on that road and love it. Especially from Fort Mountain State Park to Chatsworth. Tryout Hwy 136 from Talking Rock to Hwy 411. Another great road in the area. Stop by Carters Lake and Dam. One of the largest earth dams around.
